Comprehensive treatment to support the onset of labor

This comprehensive treatment can be offered after 40 completed weeks of pregnancy (or before an earlier planned induction). It aims to support physical and emotional relaxation and help you attune to birth.

I provide the treatment together with another doula. We begin with an exploratory conversation, followed by a combination of body treatments suited to you. We use steam, aromatherapy, rebozo techniques, acupressure points, and other massage techniques. We tailor the treatment to your current condition and needs. The aim is to give you time to slow down, relax, connect with your body, and prepare for birth.

Depending on your individual needs, the treatment may take up to 4–5 hours.

The treatment does not replace healthcare. During pregnancy, consult the healthcare professional responsible for your care about any uncertain or high-risk situation.
